As a professional counselor, I have experience with a wide range of ages, populations, and issues. I work with young adults, adults, couples and families. Each person is unique, so I use a variety of techniques in my therapy process including, but not limited to, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
