I believe that being vulnerable is brave, and I am inspired to work with those who want to stand up for themselves  and who desire to find their path in this world that they can walk on with courage, curiosity, and strength. I have experienced my own loss, grief, and trauma in my life, which enables me to be compassionate and understanding of what you might be going through. 

As a person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapist, I will honor wherever you are as we start on this journey together. I will guide you toward understanding why you might keep feeling stuck, and work with you to shift your thinking patterns in order to improve how you will handle stressors and difficult emotions.
