I am trained and experienced in evidence-based treatments, including Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Additional specialties include Depression, Anxiety disorders, mindfulness, identity disturbance, and life transitions.
