I specialize in working with kids & teens, young adults, and the LGBTQ+ community. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult life transitions, PTSD, ADHD, and behavioral issues. I enjoy combining different techniques with my clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, mindfulness practices, and art & play therapy.
I truly believe in meeting my clients where they’re at and honoring the difficult journey that can take place when starting therapy.
