Specialties:
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, or changes in your relationships? Perhaps you’re navigating a season of transition—such as pregnancy, postpartum, or other shifts in your body, identity, and roles. If shame, self-criticism, or emotional overwhelm are getting in the way of caring for yourself or showing up for those you love, you don’t have to do this alone.
I work with adults, couples, and women, with a special focus on perinatal mental health and the many transitions women experience across different stages of life. I am especially passionate about helping clients work through shame and cultivate self-compassion, believing that healing often begins when we learn to relate to ourselves with greater kindness and understanding. I incorporate education and mindfulness techniques to help clients better understand their emotional experiences and build practical tools to cope. I am licensed to provide online therapy to clients in Wisconsin and Colorado.
In my couples work, I draw from Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approaches to support partners in strengthening communication and boundaries, deepening emotional connection, and navigating conflict with greater clarity and care.
My intention is to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, build insight, and develop tools that support healing, self-understanding, and meaningful change. I take a individualized and holistic approach, grounded in compassion and respect for each client’s unique story. My clients can expect warmth, collaboration, and partnership in their work with me.
We offer a free 15-minute phone consult to make sure we’re a good fit. Individual sessions are $200; we’re out-of-network and provide superbills for reimbursement, plus free benefits verification.
