I believe that my success with clients lies in my efforts to create empathy, trust, and a non-judgmental respectful alliance.
My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, addiction, and chemical dependency, eating disorders, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relationship issues. My focus is on working with adults, couples, and adolescence. I use a variety of techniques and theoretical orientations tailored to each client. I like using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy as both are highly effective with most people. I also incorporate mindfulness and meditation techniques throughout.
