I'm Laurie Groh, owner of Shoreside Therapies. I'm not taking a weekly one-on-one caseload these days — instead, I work with couples and individuals through classes, webinars, and intensives focused on relationships, breakups, and divorce. It's built for people who don't want to spend months of weekly sessions to get traction: concentrated time to work on the thing that's actually in front of you.

Relationships are where I've spent my career. I'm a Level 2 Gottman-trained counselor (Seven Principles and Bringing Baby Home), Level 2 RLT (Relational Life Therapy), and trained in Discernment Counseling — the approach for couples where one person is leaning out and the other is leaning in, and you're not yet sure whether the goal is to repair or to part.

I also work with organizations. As co-founder of SoulSync, a wellness platform for businesses, and through workplace wellness sessions, I help companies support their people in a way that's practical rather than performative.
