Are you looking for a therapist for your child or teenager? Is your child struggling with anxiety/worries, a life transition, managing school responsibilities, social/emotional issues or behavior problems? Well, you don’t have to look any further! I work with children (age 6+), adolescents and college-aged young adults (up to age 21) and their families. I have 22 years of experience in a variety of settings including a children’s hospital, schools, a residential facility and private practices.

I specialize in treatment of the following: Social Anxiety, Separation Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Adjustment Disorders, Depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1 or 2).

I enjoy helping children and teens learn ways to manage and express their thoughts and feelings, solve problems, and develop positive relationships. My goal is to help your child feel better and reach their potential.

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, depending on your child’s individual needs, which may include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Art Therapy or Play Therapy. Therapeutic interventions may also include skills training, including: coping skills, cognitive restructuring skills, executive functioning skills, social communication skills, or emotional self regulation skills.
