You're in the middle of something big — a loss, a new baby, a body that doesn't feel like yours, a relationship that's shifted under you — and everyone keeps asking how you're doing. You say "fine." You're not fine. You're overwhelmed, a little disconnected from yourself, and tired of carrying it quietly.

I work with adults navigating life transitions: anxiety that won't settle, grief, body image struggles, and the relational stress that shows up when life changes fast. A big part of my focus is the reproductive and perinatal side of that — fertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, and postpartum life. I'm currently pursuing my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) because these seasons are some of the most isolating a person can go through, and they deserve a therapist who actually understands them.

Our work is collaborative and practical. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) — a way of getting to know the parts of you that carry the heaviest feelings, so they don't have to run the show — along with CBT for the thought patterns that keep you stuck and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for what's happening in your closest relationships. You bring your story. I bring structure, warmth, and a willingness to sit with the hard stuff without flinching.

Clients tend to leave our work feeling more grounded, clearer about what they actually need, and kinder to themselves than when they walked in. Not "fixed" — you were never broken — but steadier, and no longer alone with it.

I'm a pre-licensed counseling intern, supervised by Kristen Holmes, MS, LPC and Laurie Groh, MS, LPC, SAS, which means I can offer a sliding-scale fee so cost isn't the reason you don't get support.
